Surveillance Cameras For Stable Video Under Any Circumstances

Bangalore, May 7th, 2019: Axis Communications, the market leader in network video, announces the release of AXIS P1375 and AXIS P1375-E Network Cameras, offering excellent 2 MP video quality in almost any situation. Available in both an indoor and outdoor model, they are designed to capture clear, sharp images regardless of lighting conditions thanks to Axis Lightfinder and Forensic WDR technologies. Furthermore, electronic image stabilization (EIS) guarantees stable images even when the camera is subject to vibrations.

AXIS-P1375E-Network-CameraWith the new generation of Axis chip ARTPEC-7, the cameras offer enhanced security features with signed firmware and secure boot as well as significantly improved colors and low-light performance thanks to Lightfinder. The outdoor casing is protected against water, corrosion and dust and can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 60°C (-40°F to 140°F). For surveillance in pitch darkness, AXIS Fixed Box IR Illuminator Kit A is available as an optional accessory.

Key features include:

  • HDTV 1080p at up to 60 fps
  • Lightfinder and Forensic WDR
  • Secure boot, a hardware feature that doesn’t allow cameras to boot up with tampered firmware.
  • Zipstream with support for H.264 and H.265.
  • Electronic image stabilization
  • Barrel distortion correction and defogging functionality

The products remain cost effective thanks to Axis Zipstream that supports H.264 and H.265. With Axis Zipstream, storage cost comes down by average 50% without compromising image quality. Furthermore, with CS-mount and built-in camera rails it’s easy to change lens depending on the surveillance situation.

The cameras will be available through Axis distribution channels in May 2019.

TE Connectivity Announced Ultra Small Spring Fingers

TE Connectivity (TE)’snew ultra small spring fingers have one of the smallest footprints in the market to save valuable PCB space, allowing for use in a broad range of applications with space constraints across various industries.TE’s ultra small spring fingerscan save valuable PCB space with one of the smallest footprints in the market. Closed-loop contact design ensures reliable connection to the PCB, better normal force and higher current capacity (1.5A). Robust side wall minimizes over- compression. Special anti-lifting design can improve assembly e ciency by locking the tip of the contact within the sidewall of the spring  nger, which helps prevent the contact from getting caught on an operator’s glove during assembly. Pick-and-place area supports auto-assembly processes. It also offered in different heights and styles. As an authorized distributor for TE Connectivity, Heilind Asia provides TE’s products and also value added services.
